I got a confirmation but the course is not showing up under “My Courses” on AIAU.
ANSWER: Since Leadership Institute is an event, it will not appear as a course on AIAU under “My Courses”. You will receive an email invitation to the Li17 Event Site (by Nov. 10), and no later than one week prior to November 16. The Li Event Site will contain event materials and more.
I’m trying to register but the member rate is not appearing in my cart.
ANSWER: Members need to log-in to AIAU with the SAME account they use at aia.org. Otherwise the system will not recognize them as a member. If it’s still not working a member might have duplicate member numbers. Please contact AIAU customer support. Their contact information is listed below.

A $25.00 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations. Kindly understand that refunds will not be issued for cancellations received 72 hours before the event.
We believe leadership education should be accessible for all architects and emerging professionals alike. Therefore this new model from the AIA is both technology and member driven, with the core idea of bringing many together to participate in a shared learning experience. While leadership training is not new, the delivery of the content is, and will provide participants an unprecedented chance to connect across time zones through our national and regional venues. We will leverage technology to participate in a national discussion on leadership in architecture.
